LAS CRUCES ? Doa Ana County District Attorney Susana Martinez has filed a motion seeking reconsideration of the 3rd Judicial District Court's recently modified policy on shackled juveniles. Martinez filed the motion Wednesday arguing that the court's new policy ? which asks for some juveniles detainees to be unshackled once in the courtroom ? was too cumbersome and compromises security at the district courthouse.
